Warning: return process of a part is described in the general sale terms, please refer to them.

You can return one of several parts within 14 working days (legal time allowance in European Union only) after delivery of your order.

Folow these steps :

1. Put the part(s) in the original packaging and then in a NEW CARDBOARD PARCEL.     

2. Block the part so that it cannot move or shake during transportation. Use crumpled paper or manilla paper to secure and prevent it from possible damages. Be sure the part is well fixed particularly for heavy or fragile parts for example (brake discs, lights..) which will be carried in difficult conditions.   

3. Don’t forget to join a copy of your invoice and to complete our new parts return form (form available by clicking here)

4. Close your parcel with strong appropriate adhesive tape to prevent tear and opening risk during transportation. 

5. WRITE on the parcel” RETURN” in large capital characters and send the parcel by the mean of  postal  followed parcel (airmail post service) (this is compulsory) to:

WARNING

To be accepted the part has to present a perfect trading state.

If your demand exceeds the legal period or if the original packaging is torn, marked, spoiled, if there is adhesive tape on it or if the part has already been set up in the vehicle, the return will be rejected.

According to the way you had paid your order, you will be reimbursed (as soon as we receive the return part) by cheque or crediting your account thanks to your credit card.

Don’t send any bank number (RIB).

You want the reimbursement of your surety (case of an exchange unit part):

In an Exchange unit you order a part, pay for it a special price and an additionnal sum called “consigne”or “surety” which will be reimbursed when you will return your old part while receiving the new one)

Return proceedings

2. Fix it so that it will not shake or move during transportation. Use crumpled paper or bubble paper to wrap it to prevent it from any damages.  

3. Don’t forget to join a copy of your invoice and to complete our Exchange unit part form (form available by clicking here) 

4. Close the parcel with appropriate strong adhesive tape to prevent fom tear or openning during transportation.. 

5. Write on the parcel in capital letters « CONSIGNE » and send it as a followed postal parcel (COLISSIMO SUIVI) (this is compulsory) to:

And keep by you the parcel number.

We remind you that the customers’department is at your disposal calling the phone number + 33(0)1.78.09.93.71 (not surcharged) from monday till friday between 9 am and 6.00 pm.

Your part will be reimbursed on your bank account thanks to your credit card references or by cheque according to the way you had paid when ordering. The return expenses being at your own charge.

Warning: You must send a hand written letter where you promise on your honour  that the part had been correctly fit up and run in normal utilization respectful of its normal destination and a copy of the purchase invoice. No exchange or reimbursement will occur until the manufacturer gives his agreement (the answer is very quick after reception in our customer department).
